2010 Client Questionnaire Results

We have recently asked our clients to rate us on a number of issues that we believe are key to providing strong and enduring relationships between ourselves and our clients.

The results were extremely encouraging, with the following giving us most cause for celebration. The responses given showed that:

  • 100% of clients perceive DSC to provide advice with a high degree of integrity – this is up from 97% last year.
  • 94% say that DSC are highly reliable in doing what they say they’ll do on a consistent basis – exactly the same as last year.
  • 94% are highly likely to recommend DSC to others – an increase of 4% from last year.
  • 91% rate our technical skills very highly
  • 97% rate our level of personal care and interest extremely highly
    (percentages are based on scores of 8 and above)

Clearly, 100% in all categories would have been even better – but questionnaires are designed not only to pinpoint strengths, but also to highlight weaknesses. Respondents who marked us down on any of the issues raised were contacted in order that we could discover where we had failed to live up to their expectations. We now have the opportunity to improve in those areas, thus giving all of our clients the service they want from us both now and in the future.
