Work-Life Balance

You spend a lot of time at work, and it’s important that it is not only a fun place to be but that the company recognises that you have a life outside of work. Our family friendly policies have been recognised the by West Yorkshire Society of Chartered Accountants, who awarded us the “Star Employer of the Year” in 2006.

In March 2008, we achieved even greater success when we were awarded the prestigious title of “Employer of the Year” in the Ackrill Business Awards and in 2012 we were finalists of the British Accountancy Awards in the “Employer of the Year” category.

Career Opportunities, Training & Development

Nurturing home-grown talent and developing from within are key themes within DSC. We want you to develop your career here with us.
