In response to the recent government recommendations and the advice from Public Health England, regarding working practices to address the threat posed by COVID 19, DSC are making alternative working arrangements. This is in order to protect our staff, clients, and those we work with.

We are currently implementing the following course of action:

• Facilities to allow our team to work from home, continuing to provide our support and services to clients.
• Our office building in Harrogate will remain open for clients to drop and collect records. The Leeds and Skipton office will be open for drop off and collection by arrangement.
• We will try to ensure meetings with clients can still proceed but anticipate many of these will be electronic, rather than in person.
• Our work will continue to be performed in a very similar way to how we currently operate.

All our staff are currently well, connected by phone and email, and able to continue to work.

The current circumstances are exceptional and beyond our control but we currently remain open for business and hope that the above facilitates an uninterrupted service to clients but with much reduced social contact within the team.

We will, of course, aim to return to a more familiar working model as soon as we are able to, based on government and PHE guidance.
